Learn from the experts how to create a rose infused ‘Love Potion’ or a chocolate covered ‘Strawberry Martini”, in an event hosted by Yorkshire based Ales and Cocktails.
If the Cocktail Masterclass gives you a taste for more you can add a three-course Valentine’s Day Fine Dine & Fizz Dinner to your booking, dining by candlelight in one of the impressive state rooms, adorned with glittering chandeliers, statement fireplaces and family portraits. A glass of award-winning Carlton Towers Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine created from vines in the Walled Garden Vineyard set within the grounds of the estate, will be a special treat for guests.
Complete the experience with an overnight stay in a stylish deluxe double room or suite designed by Lady Fitzalan Howard. A home cooked Yorkshire breakfast is also included the following day, plus a special gift bag in each room.
The Carlton Towers Cocktail Masterclass is from 5pm on February 14, 2025, and costs £30 per person.
Carlton Towers Fine Dine & Fizz Dinner is at 7.30pm and costs £59 per person, including a three-course dinner and glass of sparkling rosé and is available on two nights - February 14 and 15.
Carlton Towers ‘Valentine’s Day Stay Over Packages’ include an expertly guided history tour of the house, a three-course dinner, an overnight stay and breakfast. The packages are available on two nights - February 14/15 and 15/16, and cost £350 per couple sharing a deluxe double room or £400 for one of the luxuriously styled suites, located within the main house.
